Course Info

• Navigate: Retrace steps if off course: course cutting is not permitted.

Aid Stations

• Typical Fare: PB&J, oranges, gels, snacks, water, etc.
• Support: Runners are encouraged to have crew volunteer at aid stations.

• Note: This is a cupless race: bring your own cup/container.

Drop Bags

• Access: 50K runners can access drop bags at a checkpoint around mile 14.
• Size Limit: Keep drop bags to the size of a small duffle bag/shoebox.
• Label: Clearly label drop bags with your name and bib number.
• Responsibility: We are not responsible for any damage, lost, or unclaimed drop bags.

Crew/Spectators

• Rules: Non-runners cannot utilize aid station support.
• Locations: Spectators may view from start/finish areas and along designated roads.
• Encouragement: Volunteers are appreciated to support all runners.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted at the event.
