Course Details
- 5K Course: Completely on campus with moderate elevation change.
- Half Marathon Course: Starts on campus, then heads off campus for a few miles before returning back for the finish.
- Venue: Hosted on the campus of Western Carolina University along the banks of the Tuckasegee River.
- Previous Name: Formerly known as Valley of the Lilies.
Race Packets
- Contents: Each registered participant will receive a race packet including a t-shirt, race bib, and sponsorship materials.
- Finisher Medals: Awarded to all half-marathon finishers.
- Packet Pickup: April 16, 2027, from 3 PM to 7 PM, and on April 17, 2027, from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM at the WCU Campus Recreation Center.
- Location for Pickup: WCU Campus Recreation Center.
Awards
- Half Marathon Awards: Finisher medals for all finishers: custom placing medals for overall male and female winners, overall master's winners, and top three in each age group.
- Age Groups for Half Marathon: 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
- 5K Awards: Custom medals for overall male and female winners, overall master's winners, and top three in each age group.
- Age Groups for 5K: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
