Join us for our 9th Annual Gobble Wobble event on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 28, 2024)!
Participation Perks
- Included Items: 10K and 5K participants will receive a crewneck sweatshirt and custom finisher medal. Kids Fun Run participants will receive a crewneck sweatshirt and a fun run medal.
- Beneficiary: All donations will benefit The Place.
📍 Race Location and Parking
The race will take place at Halcyon, located at 6365 Halcyon Way, Alpharetta, GA 30005.
- Starting Line: Located at the surface parking lot behind Cherry Street Brewpub.
- Parking: Free parking is available in the parking garage at Halcyon adjacent to the Village Green behind the CMX CineBistro. Participants are advised to carpool.

⏰ Race Start Times
- 10K Walk/Run: 7:45 AM
- 5K Walk/Run: 8:00 AM
- Kids Fun Run (10 & Under): 9:15 AM
- Note: 5K runners will be staggered in waves, and your official race time starts when you cross the starting line.
📝 Registration
- Online Registration: Online registration will be available through race morning if not sold out.
- Shirt Availability: Registrants will receive a finisher medal and race shirt if not sold out.
- On-Site Registration: Available from 7:15 AM until 15 minutes before the race starts.
- Early Registration Benefits: Register early to enjoy discounts and guarantee your shirt and finisher medal!
📦 Packet Pickup
- Big Peach Running Co. - Cumming: Monday, November 25th from 12 PM to 6 PM: Tuesday, November 26th from 11 AM to 6 PM: Wednesday, November 27th from 11 AM to 4 PM.
- Big Peach Walk, Run, Hike - Dawsonville: Same schedule as above.
- Race Location: Race morning from 7:15 AM until 10 minutes before the event start time.
🚻 Restrooms
- Full-Service Restrooms: Located inside The Market Hall adjacent to the coffee shop near the start/finish line.
- Portable Toilets: Located near Big Creek Greenway Halcyon Trailhead facility, approximately a 4-minute walk to/from the starting line.
🏆 Awards
- Overall Awards: Overall male/female and overall masters male/female.
- Age Group Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place age group awards in 5-year increments for both the 5K & 10K events.
- Award Collection: Awards will be available at Big Peach Running Co. - Cumming beginning Friday, November 29th.
