• PR Potential: Looking for a fast, certified race with a great chance for a PR? This event is for you!
• Course Description: The marathon & half marathon will be held on the Five Mile Creek Greenway, a rails-to-trail project located 15 minutes north of Birmingham. Runners will race through the Cities of Fultondale, Gardendale, and Brookside on this relatively flat, fast course.
• Certification: The event is a USATF certified (Boston Qualifier), chip timed and fast!
• Previous Results: Check the results tab to see the course's past performances in 2020 and 2024 / 2025.

💧 Course Amenities

• Hydration: Water, sports drinks, and gels will be available along the course.
• Packet Pick Up: Scheduled for Friday, February 6, 2026, from 12 - 4pm at The Trak Shak, 2839 18th St S, Birmingham, AL 35209.
• Race Day Pick Up: Limited packet pick up available at 6:30am by the finish line.
• Recommendation: We highly encourage you to pick up your packet on Friday if possible.

🏅 Finisher Medals

• Finisher Recognition: All finishers of the 50K, Marathon & Half Marathon, 10K, 5K & 1 Mile will receive a custom finisher medal at the finish line.
• Event Cut-off: The cut-off time for all events is 6 hours, which includes the 50K.
• Finish Line Motivation: Complete your race and earn your medal!
