Packet Pickup and Race Day Details

• Early Packet Pickup: We STRONGLY encourage you to pick up your race packet on Saturday, November 8 to avoid race day delays.
• Date & Time: Saturday, November 8 from 11:00am - 2:00pm at Fleet Feet, 3731 Lawndale Dr, Greensboro, NC US 27455
• Race Day Details: Sunday, November 9 from 12:30pm - 1:30pm. Contactless mobile phone self-registration available on race day!
• Location: Down Home North Carolina (Double Oaks house), 204 North Mendenhall Street, Greensboro, NC 27401

Race Line Up and Start Times

• Line Up: 1:45pm - Line up at start line for pre-race announcements
• Race Start: 2:00pm - Westerwood 5K start
• Team Packet Pickup: Teams with 10+ entries as of November 1st will have their packets available in their tent on race day!
• Parking: Parking is available at First Baptist Church parking lot, 1000 W. Friendly Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27401

Race Information

• Date: The Westerwood 5K is on November 9, 2025 at 2:00pm and welcomes all runners, joggers, and walkers!
• Course: This event takes participants on a unique tour of historic Westerwood.
• Historic Sites: Sites include the mural of Bollywood actress Madhubala, Guilford County’s oldest house, and more.
• Start/Finish Location: The start and finish is at the Double Oaks house, which is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Water Stops

Located approximately at miles 1 and 2 of the 5K course. Water will also be provided at the finish line.
