🏃‍♂️ Tumbleweed's Run for the Animals

Run, jog, or waddle this 5 km or 1.0 mi course in the beautiful Racho Reata Canyon trail system to support southeastern Washington’s only rescue and sanctuary for farm animals. This scenic route will take place on single-track trails with some paved neighborhood roads starting and finishing at the animal sanctuary. Join us at the sanctuary after the run/waddle to meet the animals you are helping to support, including 5 new residents since last year. We will have a sanctuary tour after the run starting at 10:15 am for all participants.

🏅 Unique Finisher Gifts

• Top Finishers: The top 3 male finishers and the top 3 female finishers for the 5k as well as the first-place finisher for the 1.0 miles will receive a unique finisher gift.
• Participation Gift: All registered participants will receive a glass mason jar etched with one of the sanctuary residents.
• Highlighted Residents: The highlighted resident changes each year with Freddie featured in 2023 and Sally Sue in 2024.

• Email Notification: The address of the sanctuary will be emailed to registered participants on Oct 16th.
• Visitor Guidelines: Race participants and visitors are expected to follow the visitor guidelines for the safety of all animals, birds, and people at the sanctuary.
