Join us for our 16th Year as we RUN For Their Lives on Saturday August 24, 2024 at Kiwanis Park Sanford, Sanford, NC.

🐾 About the Race

• Beneficiary: Carolina Animal Rescue and Adoption (CARA)
• Objective: Fundraiser to keep the shelter in operation
• Impact: Helping unwanted, stray, and abandoned dogs and cats find homes
• Donations: Every penny goes to the care and well-being of the animals

🏅 Race Options

• In-Person Option: 5k or 10k through Historic Sanford and the Greenway
• Virtual Option: Run the course at your own time/schedule
• Sleep Option: Support CARA and get a race t-shirt without running
• Challenge: Run both the 5k and 10k courses for a special medal

⏰ Event Schedule

• 5k Race: Starts at 7:30am
• 10k Race: Starts at 8:15am
• Challenge Runners: Start at 7:30am for the 5k and 8:15am for the 10k
• T-Shirt Option: Available for $5 with race registration

📅 Registration and More

• Register by: August 12th to guarantee your T-shirt size
• Support: Carolina Animal Rescue & Adoption - Where Pets become family
• Pick Up: BIB and New Registrations start at 6:30am on the event day
