🏃‍♂️ Late Fall 2025 Advanced Youth Run in Apex

The Late Fall 2025 Advanced Youth Run training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

🗓️ Program Details

• Duration: 8 weeks long, meeting once per week.
• Age Group: Kids aged 10-15 years old who have prior running experience and can run 2 miles non-stop (at any pace).
• Note: This is an Advanced Class and not appropriate for beginner runners.
• Goal: Have fun, get healthy, and work on running speed and overall conditioning. Class will be capped at 30 registrants.

💰 Class Cost and Policy

Cost of the class: $75. No refund and no deferral if you drop out of the class after registering. Please do not register if you're unsure of your child's schedule and have a potential conflict with another activity.

• Includes: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week.
• Training Plan: A season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days as well.
• Discount: 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply).
• Additional Resources: Educational information coordinated by The Running PTs and a training shirt.

📅 Program Schedule

Program dates: October 21, 2025 - December 9, 2025, with the exception of Thanksgiving week where we will meet on Monday, 11/24.

Class Timing: Tuesdays 5:45-6:45pm.

Location: The class will meet at Apex Nature Park, (2600 Evans Road, Apex, NC 27502).
