Late Fall 2025 Advanced Youth Run - Apex

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Late Fall 2025 Advanced Youth Run training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

📅 Program Details

• Duration: 8 weeks long, meeting once per week.
• Age Group: Kids aged 10-15 years old with prior running experience.
• Experience Level: Capable of running 2 miles non-stop (at any pace).
• Capacity: Class will be capped at 30 registrants.

💰 Registration Information

Cost of the class is $75. No refund and no deferral if you drop out of the class after registering. Please do not register if you're unsure of your child's schedule and have a potential conflict with another activity.

📋 What's Included

• Workouts: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week.
• Training Plan: A season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days.
• Discount: 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply).
• Educational Info: Coordinated by The Running PTs, along with a training shirt.

If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out.

📅 Program Schedule

Program dates: October 21, 2025 - December 9, 2025 (exception: Thanksgiving week we'll meet on Monday, 11/24). 1 class per week: Tuesdays 5:45-6:45pm. The class will meet at Apex Nature Park, (2600 Evans Road, Apex, NC 27502).
