Winter 2025/2026 Full & Half Marathon Training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

Training Class Details

• Duration: 16 weeks long
• Target Runners: Adults training for a full or half marathon, suitable for all levels and paces
• Includes: Detailed daily plan, 2 coached group runs per week
• Additional Workouts: Suggested cross-training & strength training workouts

Cost Information

• Early Registration: $85 if registered by 11/16/25
• Regular Registration: $90 from 11/17 - 12/21
• Registration Deadline: 12/21
• Refund Policy: No refund and no deferral if you drop the class after registering

Program Schedule

• Program Dates: November 23, 2025 - March 15, 2026 (NO CLASS on: 11/26, 12/24, and 12/31)
• Training Days: Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM
• Saturday Runs: Group long runs with all winter adult classes at 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM
• Rotating Locations: Hunter Street Park, Apex Nature Park, Mills Park Middle School track, Koka Booth Greenway
