Winter 2025/2026 Full & Half Marathon Training Morning - Cary

Overview

• Organizer: Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.
• Duration: 16 weeks long.
• Focus: Helping adults train for a full or half marathon, suitable for both first-timers and veteran runners.
• Inclusivity: All levels and paces are welcome!

Training Features

• Detailed Plan: Includes a daily plan over the 16 weeks.
• Group Runs: 2 coached group runs per week.
• Suggested Workouts: Includes cross-training and strength training workouts.
• Support: Coach-supported Saturday group long runs.

Registration Information

• Cost: $85 if registered by 11/16/25.
• Late Registration: Cost from 11/17 - 12/21 is $90.
• Deadline: Registration closes on 12/21.
• No Refunds: No refund and no deferral if you drop the class after registering.

• Program Support: If you have financial difficulty in affording the training class, please contact us.
• Donation Program: Assistance available through our donation program.

Coaching

• Coach: Coach Kelly Svihovec will lead this class.
• Program Dates: November 23, 2025 - March 15, 2026 (NO CLASS on 11/27).
• Training Schedule: Group training meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30AM-6:30AM.
• Saturday Runs: Group long runs on Saturdays at 7:30AM-9:30AM, locations vary weekly.
