🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Late Fall 2025 Kids Speed & Conditioning training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

📅 Class Information

• Duration: 8 weeks long, meeting once per week.
• Eligibility: Kids aged 8-14 years old of ALL levels and paces.
• Objective: Have fun, get healthy, and work on running speed and overall conditioning.
• Capacity: Class will be capped at 35 registrants.

💰 Cost Details

Cost of the class is $65. No refund and no deferral if you drop out of the class after registering. Please do not register if you're unsure of your child's schedule and have a potential conflict with another activity.

Cost includes:

• Workouts: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week.
• Training Plan: Season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days.
• Discount: 20% off at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply).
• Educational Info: Coordinated by The Running PTs.
• Apparel: A training shirt.

🎓 Financial Assistance

If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out.

🗓️ Program Dates

Program dates: October 22, 2025 - December 10, 2025 (exception: Thanksgiving week we'll meet on Tuesday, 11/25).

Class Time: Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm.

Location: The class will meet at Apex Nature Park, (2600 Evans Road, Apex, NC 27502).
