Late Fall 2025 Kids Speed & Conditioning training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

🗓️ Schedule and Duration

• Class Length: 8 weeks long
• Frequency: Meeting once per week
• Ages: Kids aged 8-14 years old of ALL levels and paces
• Class Capacity: Capped at 35 registrants

💰 Cost and Refund Policy

Cost of the class is $65. No refund and no deferral if you drop out of the class after registering. Please do not register if you're unsure of your child's schedule and have a potential conflict with another activity.

📦 What's Included

• Workouts: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week
• Training Plan: A season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days
• Discount: 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply)
• Educational Support: Coordinated by The Running PTs
• Training Shirt: A training shirt included

If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out.

• Program Duration: October 22, 2025 - December 10, 2025
• Class Schedule: Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm (exceptions: THursday, 10/30 and Thanksgiving week on Tuesday, 11/25)
• Location: Apex Nature Park (2600 Evans Road, Apex, NC 27502)
