Paint it Pink 5k Fun Run/Walk

🏃‍♀️ Race Overview

Join us for our third run of the "We Run This Town" fun run/walk series in October, as we Paint the Town Pink during our 5k fun run/walk through Gardnerville. Explore the view along the beautiful Martin Slough trail as we fundraise for our local cancer treatment centers and raise awareness while we are at it. Make sure to dress in PINK to show your support.

💖 Charity Contribution

Donation Amount: $5.00 from every registration will be donated to: Carson Valley Health & Carson Tahoe Health cancer treatment centers

💵 Registration Fees

• Runners 10 & Under: FREE
• Runners 11 & Up: $25.00, $35 DAY OF REGISTRATION
• Virtual Race: $20 must be completed within 2 weeks of the live race. A virtual entry qualifies as an entry in the We Run This Town Run Series for a limited edition tee.

• Registration Time: Begins at 8:00 am
• Location: The run will start and finish at Heritage Park in Gardnerville on the Ezell Street side of the park. (1447 Courthouse Alley)
• Race Start: Race Begins at 9:00 am... RAIN or SHINE!

🐕 Additional Information

We recommend all walkers stay in the middle of the pack and those with strollers or leashed dogs at the back to allow runners the space they need for a good run without obstacles. Thank you.

Dogs are welcome to join the fun: please ensure they are not aggressive, current on their vaccinations, and child/dog friendly. ALL DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES AND WILL BE POSITIONED AT THE BACK OF THE STARTING PACK.

Prizes

Prize Breakdown: 1st, 2nd & 3rd place finishers will receive a trophy. All participants will receive running medals.
