Sandhill Shuffle 5k Run/Walk

🎉 Welcome to the Sandhill Shuffle!

The Sandhill Shuffle is back!! On Friday evening, September 19th, 2025, we will kick off the Festival weekend with some 5k Run/Walk fun, while the Wheatfield Chamber of Commerce hosts a live music event! What better way to unwind after a race than relaxing in the park with live music!

🏃‍♂️ Race Details

• Location: Centennial Park, in the heart of the Town of Wheatfield, across from Heather's Diner and Stower's & Son Meat & Grocer!
• Distance: 3.1 miles weaving through our small town streets!
• Proceeds: All proceeds from the race will continue to go toward our Centennial Park playground project. We won't stop running until we reach our goal!
• Registration: Online registration is NOW OPEN and will remain open through September 19th at 11:00 am.

🕒 Race Day Information

• Packet Pickup: Race Day Registration and packet pickup will begin at 4:30 pm.
• Registration Closing: Registration for the event will close promptly at 5:45 pm before the race start.
• Start Time: The race will start at 6:00 pm.
• Awards: Awards will be handed out in a rolling fashion as runners/walkers are finishing, ensuring timely distribution!

🏆 Awards Presented

• Gender: Overall Female and Male.
• Masters: Overall Female and Male Masters.
• Top Finishers: Top 3 finishers in each Age division (Male and Female) including various age categories.
• Special Divisions: Awards for Athena (>170 lbs), Clydesdale (>210 lbs), and Non-Binary.

💵 Registration Fees

• Adults: $25 (15 and up).
• Youth: $15 (14 and under).
• Price Increase: RACE PRICE WILL INCREASE TO $30 for ages 15 and up ON SEPTEMBER 1st, 2025!!!
• Refund Policy: All registrations are final - there are no refunds.
