• Distance: 5K (~3.1 miles)

30K Team Relay

• Total Distance: 30K (~18.6 miles)
• Format: 2-loop course divided among team members
• Team Size: 2–6 runners per team
• Strategy: Flexible options for team running

• Emergency Medical Care: I authorize emergency care if needed.
• Event Conditions: I accept modifications for safety concerns.
• Rules: I agree to follow all event rules.
• Media Release: I grant permission for promotional uses of my image.
• Acknowledgment: I have read and agree to this waiver voluntarily.
