BIGFOOT CHALLENGE 5k/8k Memorial Day Run/Walk

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

47th Annual Memorial Day Bigfoot Challenge 5K/8K 8:30 AM Start. Come to the little town of Dansville and Run with Bigfoot! There is a Parade following the race at 12 PM. All entries receive a T-shirt and a (New) Wood Bigfoot Finishing medal. New Patriotic T-shirt design is here!!! We will have some sizes of last year's popular design as well. Sign up early to be guaranteed a shirt. You will not want to miss out!

💲 Entry Fee

• Early Bird Pricing: $25 until 3/16, $29 until 4/14, $31 until 5/14.
• Day of Registration: $39 by cash, check, or online sign up.
• Discount: Email cherepepper@gmail.com for a family discount code for 3 or more.
• Free Entry: Donate $100 and receive one free entry.

👶 Little Foot Race

Age: 12 and under. Entry fee $15 Little Foot, $20 Day of race. Starts at 8:10 AM on the track. Includes a cool medal and a T-shirt. Run one lap or two, your choice. Bigfoot (Sasquatch) will be running one lap with younger kids, see if you can beat him!

Results

Timing: Your accurate chip time on the 5K/8K only and current overall and age group place will be texted to your phone and live on this site. The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation.

🏆 Awards

• Age Group Awards: Bigfoot Trophies to Top 3 in each age group: 12 & under, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
• Overall Awards: LARGE BIGFOOT TROPHIES for Male and Female Overall, Master (Over 40), Grand Master (Over 50), Senior Master (Over 60).
• Announcement: Self Serve awards, but will announce our overall winners in both races.

📦 Packet Pick Up

When: Sunday night 6:30-7 PM at the High School track. Race Day starting at 7:00 AM at the Dansville High School Track. $39 for race day registration.

Support: Proceeds support the Dansville Running Club and the running programs at Dansville.
