• 10K Challenge: These distances are not part of the Striders Grand Prix.
• 5K Distance Series 1: Run/Walk a 5K for Distance Series 1 at Dismal Canal Trail.
• 5 Miles Distance Series 2: Run/Walk 5 Miles for Distance Series 2 at Fort Monroe.
• 10K Distance Series 3: Run/Walk a 10K for Distance Series 3 at Dismal Canal Trail.

🏃‍♀️ Half Marathon Challenge

• 6 Miles Distance Series 1: Run/Walk 6 miles for Distance Series 1 at Dismal Canal Trail.
• 10 Miles Distance Series 2: Run/Walk 10 miles for Distance Series 2 at Fort Monroe.
• 12 Miles Distance Series 3: Run/Walk 12 miles for Distance Series 3 at Dismal Canal Trail.

• 10 Miles Distance Series 1: Run/Walk 10 Miles for Distance Series 1 at Dismal Canal Trail.
• 15 Miles Distance Series 2: Run/Walk 15 Miles for Distance 2 at Fort Monroe.

• Location: Post race party at Tap It Local, 648 Grassfield Pkwy, #12, Chesapeake, 23323.
• Special Event: January 27th party at Paradise Ocean Club, 490 Fenwick Road, Fort Monroe.

📍 DIRECTIONS

• Trail Start: Dismal Swamp Canal Trail, Old Route 17 and George Washington Hwy, Chesapeake, VA 23323.
• GPS Tracking: Rest Stop at Mile Post 4, Chesapeake, VA.
• Packet Pickup: Fort Monroe Community Center, 100 Stillwell Road, Hampton, VA.

⚠️ Inclement Weather

The Race Director and the Tidewater Striders reserve the right to cancel or reschedule or adjust distances as needed in the interest of safety or access restrictions to the venue. Registration closes at 9:00 PM the Friday before each event. There are no refunds allowed. You may pick up your race number & giveaway starting at 7:15 race morning until 8:20. We will be at Running Etc., Hilltop location the Friday before each event starting at 4:00 to 6:00 PM.
