🏁 Course Description

• Certification: USATF certified 5K course.
• Route: Begins and ends in Rockville Town Center, through downtown and neighborhood roads.
• Pace Requirement: Maintain a pace greater than 20 minutes per mile may be directed to the sidewalk.

⏱️ Timing and Scoring

• Method: Scored with the IPICO Bib Chip attached to your bib.
• Results: Posted approximately 24 hours after the race on this webpage and www.mcrrc.org.
• Display: Both “net” and “gun” times will be shown.

🏆 Awards

• Stay for the Awards: Awards WILL NOT be mailed.
• Categories: Top male and female finishers in both open and masters divisions.
• Age Group Prizes: Prizes awarded for various age groups.
