It's time for our Rise and Shine 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon fun run/walk!!!

⏰ Check-in and Start Time

• Check-in: 7-7:30AM for everyone
• Start: 7:30AM
• Half Marathon Cut-off: 10:45am
• Early Start: Option to start early: please email for details at abetterworldrunning@gmail.com

📍 Address Details

• Location: 5400 E. Ocean Blvd. Long Beach, CA 90803
• Check-in Tables: Closest to 54th Place, at the start of the beach path
• GPS Guidance: Do not use Apple Maps: please use Google Maps or Waze
• Map Information: Find a photo of the map on the website www.abetterworldrunning.com

🚻 Event Logistics

• Parking: Please plan on carpooling and arriving early
• Restroom Access: Bring toilet paper as beach restrooms may not be stocked
• Results Posting: All participant results will be posted with names and times
• Free Pictures: Available on our Facebook page after the event

🏁 Race Course Information

• 5k: Out and back route link
• 10k: 2 x 5k loops
• 15k: 3 x 5k loops
• Half Marathon: 3 x 4.36 mi loop link

🦮 Participant Guidelines

• Dogs: Participants are not allowed to run with dogs
• Strollers: Running/walking with a stroller is allowed
• Time Limit: 3:15 time limit for the half marathon
• Early Start Inquiry: Email at abetterworldrunning@gmail.com if more time is needed

🎖️ Finisher Rewards

• Medals: All finishers receive a medal
• Results Posting: Results will be posted on the website usually the evening of the event
• Free Photos: Available on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/abetterworldrunning
• Event Emphasis: A relaxed, fun, and personal racing experience!
