It's time for our Happy Father's Day 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon run/walk in Long Beach on 6/15/25!!

📅 Event Details and Schedule

• Check-in: 7-7:30AM for everyone
• Start: 7:30AM
• Half Marathon Cut Off: 10:45am, option to start early to finish by 10:45am, please email for early start abetterworldrunning@gmail.com
• Address: 5400 E. Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90803. *Check in at the tables closest to 54th Place, NOT near Claremont Ave. Please do not use Apple Maps, use Google Maps or Waze. More map details are available at www.abetterworldrunning.com

🚗 Parking and Facilities

Please plan on carpooling and getting there early to find parking and use the restroom. Bring toilet paper just in case as the beach restrooms are not always fully stocked that early in the morning.

Race Details

• Timing: All participants will have their results posted with their names and times.
• Photos: FREE pictures for everyone posted on our Facebook page after the event!
• Avilability: Pacers and crew are welcome at any time. Numerous restrooms and water fountains along the course.
• Routes:
  • 5k out and back route: View Route
  • 10k: 2 x 5k loops
  • 15k: 3 x 5k loops
  • Half marathon: 3 x 4.36 mi loop: View Route

🛒 Participation Guidelines

Running/walking with a stroller is allowed. There is a 3:15 time limit for the half marathon. If more time is needed, please email us at abetterworldrunning@yahoo.com for early start.

🎖️ Finisher Medals and Results

ALL finishers get a medal. All results will be posted after the event on our website usually the evening of the event at www.abetterworldrunning.com.
