🚴‍♂️ Race Distances

• Sprint Triathlon: Swim - 0.25 miles, Bike - 9 miles, Run - 3 miles
• Sprint Duathlon: Run - 0.8 miles, Bike - 9 miles, Run - 3 miles
• Sprint Aquabike: Swim - 0.25 miles, Bike - 9 miles
• Mini Triathlon: Swim - 0.1 miles, Bike - 4.5 miles, Run - 1.5 miles

🌳 Venue Features

• Location: Tradewinds Park is a beautiful park to host our event.
• Course Safety: The entire event will take place inside the park, ensuring a closed course with no vehicular traffic.
• Parking: The finish/transition area will be on the South Side of the park in the last parking lot: signs will direct you to race morning parking.
• Accessibility: The race course is very spectator friendly, making it a great venue for first time and experienced triathletes alike!

🏊‍♂️ Race Day Overview

• Triathletes: Start with a 1/4 mile swim in the calm and clean lake at Tradewinds Park. NEW – Mini Triathletes will swim 1/10 mile.
• Duathletes: Start with a 3/4 mile run on the run path through the park.
• Biking: All racers bike 2 loops around the park roads for a total of 9 miles (Mini Triathlon will do only 1 lap for 4.5 miles).
• Aquabike Participants: Finished when entering transition after the bike: please proceed to the finish line for your picture and medal.

🏃‍♀️ Final Leg

• Triathletes and Duathletes: Run 2 loops around the run path through the park for a total of 3 miles (Mini Triathlon will do only 1 lap for 1.5 miles).
• Experience: Enjoy the beautiful scenery and community vibe on race day!
