Anyone who has been to a Girls on the Run 5K knows that it is unlike any other running event. It is a celebration of and for the girls who are completing an 8 week season of Girls on the Run programming. By the day of the 5K, their enthusiasm is so unbridled that they are running around before the race! Positive energy abounds as the girls dance to warm-up music, get their hair “happied” and "tattoos" on their faces, and gather with their teammates to hold hands as they head to the starting line.

🏆 Registration and Inclusions

Registration Includes:

• Keepsake Finishers Medal: Every participant will receive a special medal to commemorate their achievement.
• Unisex Cotton/Poly Race Shirt: Comfortable apparel for all 5K participants.
• Age Group Awards: Awards for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place finishers.
• Overall Awards: Prizes for the top male and female finishers, as well as youth awards.

T-shirts guaranteed for all 5K participants registered prior to midnight April 1, 2025.

Pre-Race PACKET PICKUP SCHEDULE: Saturday April 26, 4:30-6:30. 670 Cooper St. Punta Gorda 33950

Race Morning Packet Pickup: 6:45-7:45am

Race Morning Registration: 6:30-7:45am, $40.00.

👧 Participant Information

Girls in our program do NOT need to register for this event. (GOTR girls will receive their shirts and bibs from team coaches the morning of the 5K.)
