Training Program

• Participants: Over 700 residents have joined this year's program
• Support: Presented by the Playmakers Fitness Foundation and Community Partners in Health
• Training: Conducted by certified Good Form Running and Walking coaches
• Experience: Many participants will be completing their first-ever 5K
