White Lake Nutrition is hosting the 2025 RunIt 5K, with proceeds benefiting the Ava VanderStelt Scholarship and mental health initiatives (more details to come!).
We are excited to announce that this year’s 5K will once again be a COLOR RUN! With mental health at the forefront of our vision, we felt it was important to continue this race as a color run. Bringing color into our race symbolizes bringing hope for mental health, especially for students in our community.
Please note: If you do not want to participate in the color aspect of the run, we will have accommodations available on race day to ensure you do not get hit with color.
(Reminder for color run participants: Bring something to lay down in your car to protect the interior from the color powder!)
The 3.1-mile course starts and ends at the White Lake Chamber Depot (124 W Hanson, Whitehall, MI) and follows the scenic Montague-Hart bike trail north, connecting the two towns that make up the White Lake Area—Montague and Whitehall!
Runners will enjoy a flat, picturesque course, perfect for first-time participants and those aiming for their best times. The race will feature:
A Note from the White Lake Nutrition RunIt 5K Team:
We are so excited for this year’s 5K on Saturday, July 26th! Being able to work within the community we love, for a cause that is close to many of our hearts, has been an incredible experience.
The pain and grief felt over the loss of Ava VanderStelt, as well as others lost to the same cause, has been profound and real. However, we are grateful to stand alongside a family and community that rise together in support of this cause.
Mental health matters. We recognize the importance of raising awareness in our community and beyond. Thanks to the generosity of local businesses, community members, and each race participant, we have been able to fund vital mental health resources. We hope this year’s race continues to bring hope and support to our community.
Race proceeds will be directed to the Ava VanderStelt Scholarship 501(c)(3) and mental health initiatives for students. (More details to come.)
