🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Join us for the 2025 McLean 5K race, hosted by the McLean Community Center (MCC) and the McLean Community Foundation (MCF), with support from valued sponsors CENTURY 21 New Millennium and the Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce. Recruit a team of co-workers, teammates, neighbors and friends and mark the calendar for October 4, 2025. Race starts at 8 a.m.!

📍 Location

The start and finish line is located at the McLean Square Shopping Center, 6631 Old Dominion Dr, McLean, Va. 22101.

🏅 Course Information

A certified course through McLean is designed to appeal to runners of all abilities.

• Proceeds: Benefit the McLean Community Foundation supporting all things McLean, from schools and seniors to the arts, parks and first responders.

💰 Registration Fees

• Early Bird: $35 through May 31
• Summer Rate: $40 June 1 through August 31
• Fall Rate: $45 September 1 through September 30
• Last Minute: $50 October 1 through RACE DAY!

🎟️ Packet Pickup

• Date: Friday, October 3
• Location: Old Firehouse (1440 Chain Bridge Rd, McLean, Va. 22101)
• Time: 9 a.m.-8 p.m.
• Race Day Pickup: Saturday morning before the race at the event site from 7-8 a.m.

🧺 Community Support

Bring a donation for SHARE! As a part of this year's race, we are again collecting food donations to support SHARE of McLean an all-volunteer organization. Please consider bringing a few items from SHARE's Most Needed List.

🏆 Awards

• Medals: Will be given to the overall male and female finisher.
• Age Groups: Top two male and female finishers in the following age groups: Under 9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
• Prizes: THREE separate 7-day vacations to any Wyndham Resort property worldwide will be awarded to three lucky participants selected randomly via their bib numbers.
• Ceremony: The trips and other great prizes will be awarded during the ceremony after the race. You must be present to win, be sure to stick around!
