Welcome to the Milford Rotary, Run in the Park, 5K - a Trail Run/Walk/Hike.

🌳 Family-Friendly Event

• Inclusivity: Enjoy this adventure, with the whole family (including your dog), or a team, in Milford's beautiful Eisenhower Park.
• Community Support: Help support the Milford Rotary and Beth-El Center for the homeless!
• Fundraising: The Milford Rotary raises money for the local community, people in need and college scholarships.

🏞️ Course Details

• Course Type: The course is a High School Cross Country course and is for all abilities of runners, walkers and hikers.
• Scenic View: Mostly flat, some rolling hills and scenic!
• Start/Finish: The course starts and finishes in Eisenhower Park.
• Pace: You can run fast, or slow or walk, comfortably, at any pace. Enjoy!
