🎉 Race Overview
Windermere is located on a narrow strip of land surrounded by Lake Butler, Lake Down, and Lake Bessie. One hundred years ago, visionaries such as Cal Palmer, J. Howard Johnson, Howard Lyon, and Stanley Scott played key roles in incorporating our beautiful town. Over the past century, Windermere has experienced significant growth and development, establishing itself as a thriving community while maintaining the charm of its dirt roads and lake shores.

- When: Saturday, October 11, 2025

🏅 Race Options
Participants have two race options:
- 10K: Starts at 7:00 AM and is a run-only event. We ask that participants complete the course within one hour and thirty minutes.
- 5K: Starts at 7:30 AM: participants can choose to either run or walk.
- Kids Run: Free for all children aged 7 and younger, with no registration required. Kids Run participants will not receive an event t-shirt.
👕 Participant Perks
All runners will receive a custom t-shirt and a unique commemorative finisher medal.
To guarantee your correct t-shirt size, please register before August 10th, 2025.
🚦 Registration Information
Registration is capped at 1,200 runners/walkers, and this race will fill up quickly!
🏆 Awards
Awards are given to the Top 3 Overall Male & Female, Male Masters & Female Masters. Age group awards are given in 10-year increments for both the 5K and 10K. Each participant is eligible for only one award.

Dates: Thursday, 10/9/2025 and Friday, 10/10/2025 - 3pm - 6pm
