5K, 10K, 3HR, 6HR and 6HR Relay Races

Courses

• Variety: Five great races to choose from at the festival.
• Loop: The popular 3HR, 6HR, and 6HR Team Relay races use the 10K loop.
• Terrain: These beautiful trails are mostly single track with some rocks and roots.
• Elevation: The 10K loop has 850' of gain: the 5K has 450' of elevation gain!

Aid Stations

• Main Station: We provide two aid stations, with the main aid station near the start/finish line having food and drinks.
• Water Table: The second aid station will be a water table at the halfway point of the 10K course.
• Halfway Point: There will also be water at the halfway point of the 5K course.
• Personal Stations: Personal pit stations can be set up for the 3HR and 6HR participants and are easily accessible along the course adjacent to the start/finish.

• 3 Hour Race: $50.00
• 6 Hour Race: $60.00
• 6 Hour Relay: $100.00 (2 or 3 runners)

5/11 - 6/27

• 5K Race: $35.00
• 10K Race: $45.00
• 3 Hour Race: $60.00
• 6 Hour Race: $75.00
• 6 Hour Relay: $120.00 (2 or 3 runners)

All events $10.00 more on race day

Relay Racers

• Team Composition: Teams of 2 or 3 runners.
• Team Types: Either Open (men or men & women) or Women's Team.
• Registration: Team Captain Registers and Pays for the full team.
• Invitation: The team captain invites teammates to join the created team and payment is waived for subsequent team members.

Age Groups

• Categories: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ Male & Female.
• Awards: Overall Male and Female awards will be given in all races.
• Top Finishers: Awards will also be given to the top three in each age group for all races.
• Relay Prizes: Relay will award prizes for Women's and Open division teams.

Camping is not available at Coventry Woods Park.

Race T-Shirts

Shirts are guaranteed for runners who register by Sunday, 6/14/2026. Otherwise, shirts will be available as supplies last.

The Big Woods Running Club is a 501(c)3 non-profit club organized to promote trail running in the Hopewell Big Woods region of South Eastern Pennsylvania. The Big Woods area includes many great parks and trails including the Horse-Shoe Trail, French Creek State Park, Woody's Woods, Warwick County Park, and Coventry Woods. BWRC hosts monthly group runs and volunteer trail work days as well as events like the Big Woods 50K. Annual dues are $20 and membership is open to all. Contact: BigWoodsRC@gmail.com
