🏆 Challenge Details

• Activity Requirement: Run, walk, swim, or bike for at least 1-mile or equivalent to 1-mile at least 4 times throughout the week.
• Alternative Options: Do any type of exercise for at least 30-minutes if running/walking/swimming/biking is not feasible.
• Rewards: Upon submitting 4 challenge activities, you will receive your STEM on the Run t-shirt.
• Team Competition: The STEM team with the most activity gets bragging rights, team headbands, and free bags for each member!
