🎉 Get Ready for OktoberFeast 2025! 🎉

Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels is excited to bring you an unforgettable 5K fun run, thanks to HMIS!

Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 4th at 10 AM and join us for a fantastic run/walk along the scenic Columbia River, complete with delicious snacks along the way!

⏰ Important Date Alerts! ⏰

• Timed Race: This year, we're piloting a timed race with place winners for an added thrill!
• Run or Walk: Don't worry, you can still enjoy the event and run or walk at your own pace if you prefer.
• Dunk Tank Challenge: We will be having a dunk tank challenge! Stay tuned for more details!
• Shirt Orders: Make sure to order your shirts by September 19th at 3 PM.

• Race Entry: Entry to the race.
• Lunch: A tasty lunch.

🍔 Post-Race Fun! 🍔

After the run, the fun continues! Enjoy a Bavarian-style lunch prepared by our amazing Meals on Wheels Kitchen Team, a Kid Zone, a dog corner with treats for your four-legged pals, and a beer garden featuring local craft brews.

All proceeds support Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels, helping to provide nutritious meals to older adults throughout Benton and Franklin Counties.

👪 Who Can Join? 👪

Everyone! Runners, walkers, dogs, kids, wheelchair users, and stroller pushers are all welcome! Come solo or gather a team of friends or colleagues.

💡 Want to Help Fundraise? 💡

When you register, you can opt to be a fundraising partner. You'll get a personal landing page to share with friends and family. The top individual and team fundraisers will win a special gift at the race!

📍 Event Details:

• Location: Start and finish in the parking lot at 2600 North Columbia Center Blvd.
• After-party: The lunch, beer garden, dog corner, and more will be held at the Meals on Wheels campus, just a short walk from the finish line.
• Wrap-Up: All festivities wrap up by 2 PM.
• Registration: Some walk-up registrations will be available on the day of the race.
