The RAD Dash 5K is being held to recognize the vital role of medical imaging and radiation therapy professionals in health care. We invite you to run and walk with us to celebrate the vital work done by these health care heroes.

🎟️ Packet Pickup and Late Registration

Come to Packet Pickup and explore interactive displays and educational exhibits that trace the progress of medical imaging and radiation therapy. Enjoy a free tour of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists Museum and Archives.

• Packet Pickup Location: ASRT Museum and Archives, 15000 Central Ave SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87123
• Packet Pickup Schedule: Nov. 7, 2025, 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
• Race Day Registration: Available, but pre-registered participants are highly encouraged to pick up their event packets.
• Proxy Pickup: If you cannot pick up your packets, arrange for a representative to collect your packet.

🚗 Race Day Parking

Please park in the designated parking areas at Bosque School. Do not park on Bosque School Road. There is plenty of parking available.

🏁 Start Information

• Timing Chip and Bibs: Must be picked up at Packet Pickup or on race morning.
• Bib Number: Must be worn visibly on the front of all clothing.
• Start Times: All races will start promptly at the designated times listed.
• Arrival Time: Allow ample time to seed yourself according to your pace.

💻 Virtual Walk/Run (Only)

Your race swag will be mailed out on Oct. 24. Offer valid in the United States only. Register by Sept. 13 for a race packet. There are no refunds for virtual race registration.

• Mailed Packet: Enter your mailing address and shipping charge when registering.
• Race Steps: Follow the three steps to complete your virtual participation.
• Submission: Email your race completion time to stephenpino@:hotmail.com.
• Selfie Submission: Post on RunFit Facebook.

Prizes and Awards

5K Prizes: Overall prizes and age group awards for top finishers.

Virtual Prizes: Random awards for virtual participants.

Kids K: All registered participants will receive a special recognition award.

Post Race Refreshments: Available near the finish. Results posted online at www.IRunFit.org.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

• Headphones: Yes, but not for prize runners.
• GPS Devices: Allowed, but not for official time recording.
• Course Restrictions: Various items including video devices and wheeled devices prohibited.
• Lost & Found: Items can be reported to 505-217-4774 on race day.

🌧️ Inclement Weather Policy

Weather forecasts will be monitored with necessary updates provided via email and on the Run Fit website. Changes may include postponements or cancellations based on severe weather conditions.

🏥 Medical Support

Medical staff will be present to assist participants. If anyone appears distressed, they will be withdrawn from the race. Seek help if needed at any point during the event.
