EVENT LOCATION: Rio Grande Park, 1744 Kit Carson SW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87104

EVENT SCHEDULE:

• 10K: 9:00 a.m.
• 5K: 9:05 a.m.
• 1 Mile Walk: 9:50 a.m.
• Kids K: 10:15 a.m.
• Inflatable Costume Mad Dash: 10:30 a.m.

📝 REGISTRATION INCLUDES

• A race logo shirt
• Finishers medal
• Well-stocked finish table with water and Powerade stations along the course
• Professional timing using a disposable bib tag

📅 PACCDATA AND LATE REGISTRATION

Packet pickup will take place on:

Friday, October 24, 2025, from 3:00-6:00 p.m. at Fleet Feet Sports, North Towne Plaza, 5901 Wyoming Suite R, Albuquerque NM 87109.

PLEASE NOTE: Race-day registration is available, but pre-registered participants are encouraged to pick up their packets at the designated time.

🏃‍♂️ VIRTUAL RUN OR WALK

For registered participants who purchased shipping for Virtual Run/Walk, race swag will be mailed starting October 20, 2025.

Follow these steps for your virtual run/walk:

• Step 1: Walk or run ANYTIME between October 19 and 26, 2025.
• Step 2: Email your race completion time to stephenpino@hotmail.com.
• Step 3: Submit a selfie on the RunFit Facebook page.

Note: Steps 2 and 3 are optional.

🚗 PARKING

Please use designated parking areas only. Do not park on Kit Carson Drive or block driveways.

🚻 PORTABLE TOILETS

Portable toilets are located near the start/finish area. Please allow enough time to use the restroom.

⏰ START INFORMATION

All events will start promptly. A timing chip will be used for finish times.

🚑 MEDICAL SUPPORT

Medical staff will be available during the event. Please notify officials if you are in distress.

❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• Can I run with headphones? Yes, but not for athletes competing for prizes.
• Can my friend pick up my packet? Yes, as long as they have your information.
• What happens if I cannot attend? Entry fees are non-refundable and cannot be deferred.

🗓️ EVENT DAY

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and follow all event officials' instructions.

🏅 RESULT TIMING

All finishers will have their times recorded through an electronic timing device attached to their bib numbers.

🌧️ INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Weather conditions will be monitored prior to the event to keep all participants safe.

🥇 FINISH INFORMATION

Awards will be presented to top finishers in all categories following the Kids K.
