Deep Hollow Half Marathon & 5K Trail Race

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Deep Hollow Half Marathon & 5K is the premier trail race in the Liberty Mountain Trail Series. The Half Marathon is comprised of primarily single track trail intermixed with some forest roads. The 5K course is an out and back course on a forest road.

• DATE: Saturday, October 18, 2025
• LOCATION: Hydaway Outdoor Center
• DISTANCE: Half Marathon - 13.1 miles | 5K - 3.1 miles

⏰ Race Schedule

• START TIME: Half Marathon @ 8 A.M. | 5K @ 8:15 A.M.
• PACKET PICKUP: Friday, October 17 – LaHaye Rotunda from Noon-6 P.M.
• T-SHIRT: Featured giveaway t-shirt is guaranteed before Oct 9th registration. A limited number of extra shirts will be available on a first-come basis at packet pickup.

🏆 Awards

• OVERALL AWARDS: Awards will be given to the top 3 male & female overall winners, top 3 male & female in each age group, and top male & female masters (>40 years of age) overall winners.
• FINISHER AWARD: All finishers of the half-marathon will receive a finisher award.
• TIME RANKING: Overall awards will be ranked by gun time, age group awards will be ranked on chip time.

Door prizes will also be given out throughout the event.

LMTS FINISHER AWARDS: Awards will be given to all runners who participate in all 5 LMTS 2025-2026 races in April 2026 (Deep Hollow, Valley View, Reindeer Run, Arctic 5k, King of the Mountain).
