Event Details
- Start and Finish Location: Ridge Ferry Park on the gravel trail in front of the Coca-Cola stage.
- Run: The 5K starts at approximately 5:00 PM.
- Health Walk: The walk starts at approximately 5:30 PM.
- Course Certification: The 5K course is USATF-certified (#GA21022WC).
Event Schedule
- 3:45 PM: Race Day Registration begins
- 4:45 PM: Race Day Registration ends
- 5:00 PM: 5K Start
- 6:30 PM: Awards Ceremony
Costume Contest
We will have a pre-race costume contest and encourage all to wear PINK or dress up. Judging starts around 4:30 PM.
Registration Information
- Early Bird Registration: Now open at $31 for the 5K and $26 for the walk until August 30.
- Regular Registration: From August 31, the cost is $41 for the 5K and $36 for the walk.
- Day-Of-Race Registration: $46 for both the 5K and walk.
- T-Shirts: Guaranteed for registrations by September 16.
Group Registration
Discount for groups of 10 or more registering together. Closes on September 16.
Packet Pick-Up
- Group Packet Pick-Up: September 24 from 11 AM to 4 PM at 1 Shorter Ave.
- Individual Packet Pick-Up: September 25 from 11 AM to 6 PM at Academy Sports and Outdoors.
- Race-Day Packet Pick-Up: Starting at 3:30 PM.
Walk Details
The walk is approximately 1.7 miles long and is not timed. Dogs on leashes are permitted.
5K Run Details
The 5K course is flat and fast with a distance of 3.1 miles. Baby joggers should start at the back, and dogs are not allowed during the race.
Post Race
Enjoy fruit, Powerade, water, and music on the concrete pad at Ridge Ferry Park.
Awards
Awards for the top three finishers in each age group, as well as overall male, female, master’s, and grandmaster’s runners will be given.
Professional Chip Timing
The race will be timed by Wire2Wire Running, LLC, using advanced timing technology.
Weather Policy
This is a rain-or-shine event. Any postponement will be communicated through various channels.
