Join Girl Scout Troop 70366 for the Lift Up Luca 1-Mile Fun Run!

❤️ Supporting Luca

• About Luca: Help us support 8-year-old Luca—a bright, determined, and courageous boy living with spina bifida.
• Daily Obstacles: Luca uses a wheelchair to explore the world around him, but the stairs in his home present daily obstacles to his independence.
• Growing Needs: As he grows, so does his need for accessible mobility at home—and we want to help make that possible.

🏅 Race Details

• Date: 2025-10-05
• Location: Freedom High School, Chantilly, VA.
• Event Type: This fun run will be held on a track and is not a chip-timed event.
• Participation: We welcome participants of all ages and abilities, and we’ll be organizing multiple group start times throughout the morning to keep the track open and enjoyable for everyone.

🎉 Family Fun

Beyond the run, there will be a variety of family-friendly games, crafts, and activities for everyone to enjoy.

💖 Make a Difference

• Proceeds: All proceeds from the event will go directly toward the cost of installing a wheelchair lift in Luca’s home.
• Impact: This will give him the ability to move freely and safely throughout his space.
• Get Involved: Your support—whether running, donating, or cheering from the sidelines—makes a real difference.
