Event Overview
The UAH Homecoming Pump & Run 5K on February 27, 2027 is a unique fitness event on the UAH Campus for college students and the local running community.
Race Day Details
- Registration Start Time: 7:45 AM
- Race Start Time: 9:00 AM
- Course Certification: USATF Certified 5K Course
Bench Press Challenge
- Purpose: Participants can complete bench-press reps to take time off their 5K finish time.
- Weight for Women: 55lbs
- Weight for Men: 135lbs
- Time Deduction: Each successful rep will deduct 5 seconds from their finish time.
Post-Race Amenities
Snacks, water, and refreshments will be provided at the University Fitness Center where the race will start! We look forward to seeing you at the UAH Homecoming Pump & Run 5K!
