Event Overview

We are BACK to the flat, fast, streets of North Kansas City on June 6, 2026 for Brandon Russell's 10th Flash Dash! Join us for our annual 5k run/walk or a 1 mile walk. For the younger dashers we will again be offering our popular Kid's Dash!

Participant Perks

• Race T-shirt: All racers will receive a race t-shirt.
• Medal: Participants will also receive a medal.

Registration Information

• Deadline: You must register by Sunday, May 23rd to guarantee a shirt and your preferred shirt size.
• Post-Deadline Registration: We will have additional shirts available for those that register after May 23rd but we cannot guarantee availability, size, or cut.
