Where is the race?

• Location: Race begins near the corner of Lowe Avenue and Gallatin (in front of Huntsville Hospital Foundation).

What are the race times?

• 5K Start: The 23rd annual 5K starts at 8:30 a.m.
• Awards: Runner Awards will start at 10 a.m.

When is the Survivor's Walk?

• Event: The Survivors' Walk is a FREE event for all breast cancer survivors.
• Start Time: It begins at 8 a.m. on race day.
• Location: Near the corner of Franklin Street and Lowe Avenue.
• Accessibility: Wheelchairs and scooters are permitted.

Packet Pick-Up Information

• Team Captain Team Packet Pick-Up: For teams of 10 runners or more on Monday, Oct. 12 and Tuesday, Oct. 13.
• Location: Huntsville Hospital Foundation, 699 Gallatin Street SW Building A.
• Individual Packet Pick-Up:
  • Thursday, October 15 | 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Friday, October 16 | 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Vendor Location: Fleet Feet Sports in Jones Valley, 2722 Carl T Jones Drive SE B2, Huntsville, AL 35801.

Stroller and Baby Jogger Policy

• Safety: For the safety of your child and other participants, we strongly discourage the use of strollers and/or baby joggers.
• Race Lineup: Participants using strollers/baby joggers will be directed to the back of the race lineup.
• Prohibition: Dogs, skateboards, and bikes are NOT permitted on race day.

Team Registration Information

• Costs: There are no additional fees to start a team for Ribbon Run.
• Team Size: You must have 10 members on your team to qualify for team packet pickup.
• Changing Teams: If you registered but didn’t select the team, email Kemi Anderson at kemi.anderson@:hhsys.org.
• Minimum Members: Your team must have at least 10 registered participants for logistics.

Registration Transfer and Refund Policy

• Transfer Policy: No transfers are allowed. Registration data must match the registered participant.
• Refund Policy: No refunds are available for the Liz Hurley Ribbon Run.

Age Restrictions

• Minimum Age: No minimum age required: participants under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Registration: Both participants must be registered to participate.
• Guardian Signature: A parent or legal guardian must sign the registration form for participants under 18 years of age.
