Saturday - May 16 - Youth Triathlon and 5k

• 5k Run: All Ages
• Youth Triathlon: Short Course (Age 6-10)
• Long Course: (Age 11-15)

Sunday - May 17 - Sprint Triathlon & Duathlon

• Sprint Tri: 500m lagoon swim, 12-mile bike, 5k run
• Duathlon: 1.2 mile run, 12-mile bike, 5k run
