KC Metro Mile Championship

🏁 Race Overview

Join us for a fun night on the track at the 2025 Kansas City Metro Mile Championships presented by KC Running Company, Mizuno and B and B Race KC. The KC Metro Mile Championships will pit top talent from the area against each other in one of the best competitions of the year!

👶 Kids Miles

• Events: The Kids Miles are non-qualifier events and open to everyone in those age groups.
• Entries: The qualifier events have a limited number of entries available: this year we will separate out all entries in the qualifier events to create the best races possible.
• Limits: No race will have more than 24 entries. Our goal is to have multiple divisions for High School Athletes.
• Verification: Entrants must submit a recent time during registration in order to qualify for those races. All times submitted will be verified.

🏆 Elite Miles

For the Elite Male and Elite Female miles, the top 20 submitted times will be eligible to compete.

📅 2025 Schedule of Events

The 2025 Event will feature 15 races! We will try to stay on schedule with the schedule posted below.

• 6:00 PM: Kids Mile 9 & Under
• 6:15 PM: Kids Mile 10 & Up
• 6:30 PM: Middle School Girls Elite Mile (Limited to 24 entries based on qualifying time)
• 6:45 PM: Middle School Boys Elite Mile (Limited to 24 entries based on qualifying time)
• 7:00 PM: Women's Open Mile (Masters Included, Top 24 Submitted and Verified Times will be eligible to compete)
• 7:15 PM: Men's Masters Mile (Top 24 Submitted and Verified Times will be eligible to compete)
• 7:30 PM: Men's Open Mile (Top 24 Submitted and Verified Times will be eligible to compete)
• 7:40 PM: High School Boys Bronze (Limited to 20 Entries based on qualifying times)
• 7:50 PM: High School Boys Silver (Limited to 20 Entries based on qualifying times)
• 8:00 PM: High School Girls Gold Division (Limited to 20 Entries based on qualifying times)
• 8:10 PM: High School Boys Gold Division (Limited to 20 Entries based on qualifying times)
• 8:20 PM: Women's Elite Mile (Limited to 20 Entries based on qualifying times)
• 8:30 PM: Men's Elite Mile (Limited to 20 Entries based on qualifying times)
• 8:45 PM: High School Girl's Elite Mile (Limited to 20 Entries based on qualifying times)
• 9:00 PM: High School Boy's Elite Mile (Limited to 20 Entries based on qualifying times)
