Are you ready to set a state record? We invite you to join us at the fastest race in Alabama that benefits a great cause, Maranathan Academy. The Speed Stampede is a certified two mile race hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Homewood - Mountain Brook.

About Maranathan Academy

• Foundation: Maranathan Family Learning Center & Academy, Inc. is a privately funded, non-profit, 501(c)(3) all scholarship school and learning center.
• Established: Founded in 1991 to provide a safe haven and second chance to critically at-risk youth and adults.
• Primary Goal: To break the cycle of government dependency that has plagued critically at-risk youth and their families for generations.
• Impact: Over 300 graduates and positive impacts on over 1,500 individuals.
