• Trophies: Top overall male & female finishers.
• Medals: For the top 3 finishers in age groups (7-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-99).

⏰ Race Day Times:

• Packet pick-up: 7:00 am
• Zumba warmup: 7:50 am
• 5K run/walk: 8:00 am
• 1K run/walk: 8:30 am

🤝 About Us

Mending the Gap is transforming the aging experience for hundreds of low-income and vulnerable seniors. Providing supplementary supplies and food, companionship, and other support services for low-income seniors, helping them to remain healthy, independent, and connected. Mending the Gap also aids with the development of positive intergenerational relationships by creating opportunities that enable young people and senior citizens to connect and engage. Mending the Gap serves 600+ seniors in the Metro Atlanta each week. All proceeds from this race will go to further our goal of extending our reach to other seniors in need. Together we can ensure older adults have access to the basic daily needs to stay healthy and remain in their homes longer.
