Half Marathon Training Group
Get ready for the Seaside and Jersey Shore Half Marathons and other Spring Half Marathons.
Program Overview
- Groups Divided By Ability: We divide up into groups based on ability. Perfect for beginners and first timers as well as those who want to improve their times.
- Support Provided: Supported runs with water and Gatorade stops. Post run refreshments. Shirt.
- Training Plan: All get a training plan to follow.
- Start Date: Starts on Saturday, July 18, 2026.
Schedule Details
- Meeting Days: Meet mostly on Saturday mornings (Sunday if bad weather or conflicts in schedule).
- Start Time: Start Time dependent on weather but plan for first few weeks at 8 am.
- Location Notifications: Weekly group runs starting mostly in Spring Lake. Registrants will be notified of location and exact time.
- Coaching Tips: Coaching and training tips to help.
Program Cost
14 week program is $62.00 before July 1, 2026. $67 after or until full.
