• Event: 22nd Annual Cobden, IL Peach Festival 5k Run/Walk and 1 Mile Fun Run
• Date: August 8, 2026
• Location: Cobden Community Park on Locust Street between Old Highway 51 & Appleknocker Road
• Proceeds: Benefit the Cobden High School and Jr. High Cross-Country Teams and Track and Field Teams

Schedule

• 6:30 am: Same Day Registration
• 7:30 am: 5k Run/Walk Start
• 8:30 am: 1 Mile Fun Run Start

Awards

• 5k Run: Overall male and female: Top three places awarded in each age group
• 5k Walk: Overall male and female: Stroller Division top three participants for runners and walkers
• Fun Run: Participation ribbon for all

Categories

• Walkers: 9 & under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and over.
• Runners: 9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and over.

Entry Fees

• $25: For 5k runners and walkers ($15 if you don’t want a t-shirt)
• $5: Fun Run for ages 13 and up
• Free: Fun Run for ages 0-12
• $35: Entry fee cap for families

Registration Information

• Deadline: Must register online by July 21, 2024 to guarantee a t-shirt
