🏃‍♀️ Race Overview

This is Jersey Shore Running Club's 32nd Annual Women's 5K run & walk, to benefit organizations with programs dedicated to providing shelter, counseling, advocacy and education for women and their families in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

The Jersey Shore Running Club is proud to announce that the 2025 Saturday in the Park Women's 5K will be held at Thompson Park, Lincroft, NJ, our 5th year at this location.

📅 Event Details

• Charity Focus: All net proceeds from this race will be donated to women's charities in Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean counties.
• Shirts Available: Women's style shirts (limited to first 200 registrants).
• Finishers Medal: Each participant will receive a finishers medal.
• Participation Cap: Limited to 250 participants.

💲 Registration Fees

• Early-Bird Registration: Through May 31 - $27.
• Pre-Reg Period: 6/1 - 7/27 - $30.
• Late Pre-Reg: 7/29 - 8/21 - $35.
• Race Day Fee: $40.
• JSRC Members: 10% discount.
• Age-Based Pricing: Under 19 fee - $25.

🕒 Race Schedule

• Packet Pick-Up: Race morning only, from 7:30 am until race start.
• Race Start Time: 8:30 am. Kids races to follow (approx 9:30).
• Notice: Please note that strollers are not permitted at this race.
