🦖 Event Overview

Register today for the 6th Annual TyRUNnosaurus 5K, Kids 1-Mile, 1-Mile Family Walk, and Kids K scheduled for September 21, 2025, to benefit the Museum of Natural History Foundation to advance the cultural and scientific programs and purposes of the New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science. The Foundation’s objectives are to receive, raise, and administer funds for the benefit of the Museum and to provide the Museum with a broad base of community support. Enjoy this flat and fast loop course through the historic Sawmill District and Historic Old Town. • Museum Entry: All participants will receive free entry into the museum upon presentation of their race bib.
• Finishers Medal: Participants will receive a participant finisher medal.

• Date: September 21, 2025
• 5K Run/Walk: 9:00 a.m.
• Kids K: 9:45 a.m.
• KIDS 1-Mile: 10:00 a.m., FAMILY 1-Mile Walk: 10:00 a.m.

🏃 Runner Packet Pickup

• Date: September 20, 2025
• Time: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Location: HEART AND SOLE SPORTS, 2817 San Mateo Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110
• Note: Late registrations for all events are available on race day and at Packet Pickup.

🚫 Course Rules

• Electronic Devices: USATF allows headphones, but athletes competing for prizes cannot use electronic devices.
• Wheeled Devices: Only authorized competitive wheelchair participants are allowed: skateboards and rollerblades are prohibited.
• Baby Joggers: Allowed but must not impede other runners' safety.
• Course Prohibited Items: Baby carriers, backpacks, and animals are prohibited.

🏅 Awards

Overall prizes will be awarded to the top three men and women determined by gun time. Age group prizes are given for various age brackets.

📋 Post-Race Information

• Refreshments: Will be available near the finish.
• Results: Posted immediately after the event and online at www.irunfit.org.
• Course Map: View the course links for the 5K, 1-Mile, and Kids K.

Weather conditions will be monitored and may result in alterations to the race, such as start time adjustments or event cancellation.
