Event Details

• Date: Saturday, November 14, 2026
• Start Times: 8:05 AM (10K) & 7:30 AM (1 Mile)
• Location: Parc Sans Souci, Lafayette, LA

Race Purpose

• Fundraiser: The Cajun Cup 10K and Farrel’s Mile supports the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns Cross Country and Track teams.
• Thank You: Your participation is greatly appreciated!
• Refund Policy: No refunds will be given for this event.

Shoe Drive

• Donation Opportunity: Help support those less fortunate by donating your old running shoes!
• Collection Boxes: Available at Geaux Run on Friday and at the race on Saturday morning.

Triple Crown Registration & Swag Eligibility

• Exclusive Swag: Register for all three Triple Crown races together to qualify for exclusive Cajun Road Runners swag!
• Registration Change: Notify us by October 24, 2026 if you’d like to switch to the Triple Crown package.
• Swag Guarantee: Registrations made after October 24 may not include swag.

Course Information

• Course Closure: The course will close at approximately 2 hours.
• Sidewalk Requirement: If additional time is needed, race officials may ask you to move to the sidewalk.

Pricing

• Cajun Cup 10K Pricing: Through July 14: $55
• July 15 – September 14: $60
• September 15 – November 12: $65
• Packet Pick-Up & Race Day: $70 (before 7:00 AM)

• Farrel’s Mile: $25

Registration Information

• Online Registration: Closes Saturday, November 14, 2026 at 7:00 AM.
• In-Person Registration: Available at packet pick-up and race morning until 7:00 AM.

Packet Pick-Up

• Date: Friday, November 13, 2026 at Geaux Run, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Race Morning: Parc Sans Souci, 6:30 AM – 7:45 AM. Packet table closes at 7:45 AM.

• Shirt Availability: Individuals who register on Friday may pick up their shirts if available.
• Mailing Policy: We do not mail swag. You must pick it up in person.

Age Groups

• Categories: Divided in 5-year increments, starting with 9 & Under and capping at 70+
• Examples: 9 & Under, 10–14, 15–19, 20–24 … 65–69, 70+

Awards

• Top 3 Overall Male & Female: Specially designed Cajun Cup Mug + Cash Prize
• Overall Masters, Grand Masters, Senior Grand Masters: Cash Prize + Cajun Cup Mug (male and female)
• Age Group Winners: Specially designed Cajun Cup Mug for 1st place.
• 2nd & 3rd Place: Cajun Cup Medal
• Top 50 Finishers: Commemorative poster
• All 10K Finishers: Finisher’s medal upon crossing the finish line
