🌟 Purpose of the Race
- Honor: This race is planned on behalf of the Amanda Pair Foundation.
- Legacy: The foundation honors the life and legacy of Amanda Pair, who we lost in June of 2022.
- Mission: The mission is to overcome cancer by caring for families affected by cancer.
- Funding: Funding cancer research and investing in the next generation.
🏅 Event Details
- Annual Event: This will be the 4th Annual Amanda Pair Foundation Legacy Run in the Park.
- Race Type: A 5k race and fun run event.
- Proceeds: Majority of proceeds will fund a memorial scholarship in Amanda’s honor.
- Location: The race will be a loop around Liberty Park, starting and ending at Vestavia Hills Elementary Liberty Park.
🎓 Scholarship Information
- Scholarship: Created by the Vestavia Hills Elementary Liberty Park PTO.
- Awarding: This scholarship is awarded annually to senior VHELP alumni at VHHS.
- Criteria: Recipients will exemplify the rebel spirit with a servant heart.
- Duration: The scholarship will be available each year through 2035.

- Shirt: To receive a race shirt, please register by 10/27.

- Parking: Parking will be at Liberty Park Middle School.
