BTC Adam's Heart Runs

Race Overview

The Birmingham Track Club is proud to present the 2026 edition of Adam's Heart Runs. One of the BTC's premiere races, participants have the opportunity to select a 5-k, 10-k, or 10-mile distance. The race is held entirely on paved roads in beautiful Oak Mountain State Park. This is not a trail race. All distances are chip timed.

Highlights of Race Day

• Shirt Information: Registrants receive a gender-neutral, long-sleeve Sport-Tek shirt. The shirts run a little big, so if you are trying to decide between two sizes, I suggest you go down. You must register by January 17 to be guaranteed a shirt.
• Finisher Medal: 10-mile race finishers receive a custom dog tag finisher medal.
• Post-Race Snacks: Snacks for the whole family will be provided after the race.
• Race Photos: Free race photos, available online after the race thanks to MRuns.
