Event Overview

• Presented by: AdventHealth Rome
• Registration: Registration is now OPEN! Early Bird price runs through Sun., October 18th. Price increases on Monday, October 19th.
• Purpose: This event benefits Northwest Georgia Hunger Ministries Inc.
• Community Spirit: A celebration promoting healthy lifestyles and outdoor activity.

Race Schedule

• 7:30am: Race Day Registration opens
• 8:45am: Race Day Registration closes
• 9:00am: 5K start
• 9:05am: Feel Whole 3K Stroll start
• 10:15am: Awards Ceremony

Registration Info

• Youth Sizes: Available for both the 5K &: 3K stroll.
• Pre-Race Registration: Open until 11:00pm, Sunday, Nov. 21, 2026.
• Early Bird Rates: Ages 18 &: UNDER: $25 until Oct. 18th, $30 after: Adults: $30 until Oct. 18th, $35 after.
• Race Day Rates: $40 for BOTH the 5K &: 3K (Note: T-Shirt Size not guaranteed if registered AFTER NOVEMBER 14th).

Packet Pickup &: Race Shirts

Pre-Race Packet Pickup: Recommended on Tuesday, November 23rd from 12:00 Noon – 7:00 PM or Wednesday, November 24th from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM at the GoGo Running/The Shoe Box store located at 1018 Martha Berry Blvd NE, Rome, GA 30165. 5K &: 3K participants receive a shirt based on size indicated in online registration.

Course Support

• Restrooms: Available in the area before/after race.
• Water Stations: Water provided at stations along the course.
• Lead Bike: A lead biker will guide front of race runners in 5K.
• Medical: EMT’s available for basic first aid at the finish area.

5K Awards

Overall awards in the 5K will be presented to the following:

• Top 3 Overall M&:F
• Top Master M&:F
• Everyone Receives: A Finisher Medal!

Parking on Race Day

There is plenty of FREE parking available at the AdventHealth Stadium parking lots.

Dogs &: Strollers

For safety reasons, dogs and strollers are not permitted with runners on the 5K route. Dogs on leashes are allowed for the 3K Feel Whole Stroll.

Cancellation / Weather / Refunds

This event will be held rain or shine. No credits or refunds will be provided if cancelled. Registered participants for the 5K/3K distances will be transferred to the rescheduled date.
