The Gold Rush Growler 5K & 10 Miler

Location: Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA

• New Courses: The Gold Rush Growler 10 Mile Trail Run and 5K will have new courses for 2025.
• Post Race: Enjoy post race IPA beer and receive a custom Gold Rush Growler Finisher Beer Glass!
• Shirts: Commemorative Gold Rush Growler race shirts available for $20 in men's and women's cuts.
• Scenic Routes: Trail runs start and finish at Granite Beach, featuring beautiful scenic courses along the shoreline and single track trails.

🏆 Awards

• Overall Awards: First place Overall Male and Female in the Gold Rush Growler 10 Miler & 5K will receive Overall Champion Awards.
• Age Group Awards: Awards three deep in each ten-year age group for both the 10 Miler and the 5K Run.
• Prizes: Gold Rush Growler Beer Glasses for age group winners.

📦 Packet Pick Up Information

Race packets will be available race morning from 6:30 am to 8 am at the race site.

🕖 Race Day Schedule

• 6:30: Registration/Packet Pick up opens.
• 7:00: Race announcements begin.
• 8:00: Start of Gold Rush Growler 10 Miler.
• 8:10: Start of Gold Rush Growler 5K.

💵 Refund and Transfer Information

TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held Rain or Shine.

🤝 Race for FREE Information

Our Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program offers a chance to get involved with multi-sport events, have fun, and earn a $40 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher good towards entry fees at any of our events this year. Each volunteer shift is 4 hours. We ask volunteers to reserve a volunteer position at any of our events by emailing Volunteer Director Teri@totalbodyfitness.com as our volunteer positions will fill up quickly.
